Turning

Using a manual lathe a wide range of materials and parts can be turned from scratch, modified or re-worked. Threading is a specialty, right hand, left hand, internal or external.

Milling

Using a universal type milling machine to mill to be able to machine a variety of different shapes, radii and highly accurate boring and plotting of holes.

Fitting

With vast experience in various maintenance departments, assembly of machinery is done with the utmost care using the correct fits and tolerances and utilising the hand skills learned over the last 35 years.

Restoration

For your restoration project, car or motorbike, maching of parts to original specifications or modified as per request can be easily accomodated. Ariel and vintage motorcyles are Gary’s passion and specialty, however can turn his hand to whatever may be.
